Clothes are a cultural appropriation
The
clothes,
Clothes are objects that we use in all countries, in all cultures, they can differentiate us from others, show a personality, an identity, a profile, a culture. Clothing nowadays is what differentiates us from each other. He’s kind of the showcase of who we are. We could almost say, show me how you dress and I’ll tell you who you are. For several years, we have been talking about "fashion" for example in 1980, jeans were flared out, in the 1990s, "loose" clothes, at each period its "fashion", we can see that regardless of sex, age, religion, or place of residence each tries to appropriate his "fashion".
In my opinion, I find that clothing in general gathers all the world,
the fashions and cravings meet and join one another and allow everyone to
communicate and assert themselves in various countries, continents.
I chose this theme because for me, regardless of cultures, religions,
genders, age the garment is multicultural, it crosses borders. Take, for example,
the mythical jeans. Regardless
of the time, region, age or sex everyone in one or more at home, just like the
sneakers, or even more traditional outfits like the wedding
dress, the costume
for a man.
For me, fashion or clothing are very important, they convey a
personality or belonging to a group. Moreover fashion is an eternal
beginning, and I find that it can bring people, continents and generations
closer together.
We even talk about the tribe, the gothics, the rockers, the rastas, the
bcbgs, etc. Whether in men or women, Europe, Africa or Asia, there is a
homogenization of clothing and fashion, which brings all individuals together.
Let us also take the example of the famous sneakers known to all, the
"Stan Smith" of Adidas since the 1960s is the most sold sneakers in
the world for all generations, countries and cultures. Everyone knows who they are. Accessories like
this one, a basketball here, allow an entire world to recognise, to make no
difference and advocate for multi-culture.
