They are famous in the world and generally come from little countries such as Holland (Amsterdam) or big ones like the United States : people have to reproduce an athmosphere in another one totally different. Cats bar are from Asia and today in Lyon, it is possible to go there.
Actually global culture is really well represented through these bars, in one you are in China, in the other you are in New York, it shows also that the globalization has benefits : it is so perfect to eat pancakes or guabaos or waffles or poutines in Lyon !
