Cinema, a multicultural influence
For me, today one of the best examples of the global culture remains the cinema. Since its appearance at the end of the 19th century, the film industry has continued to develop and spread throughout the world. In the past, cinema broadcast American fashion, which served as an influence for Europeans in terms of their culture, their way of life, and especially the model of consumer society they reject.
Some films have been for a time with a tendency of "propaganda", so we can identify this as a "cultural global" diffusion, which tends to influence a whole population towards the same idea. It was therefore necessary soon after to make the cinema more "popular" to attract the public. The cinema is used as an influence for the population. Sometimes the history and culture of some countries is told through these achievements.
The cinema is a kind of "soft power" for me, since its power is very strong but we do not necessarily see from outside the influence it can have on the rest of the world. As we noticed at the beginning we also know the famous "American Way of Life" that the cinema tries to promote through its films, that we can see at the level of the dress modes, but also food with fast Food. The cinema thus has a global strength, moreover with our technologies which develop since its appearance the cinema has constantly evolve so much in terms of images, quality, sound. It continues to strengthen the strength and power of cinema. His influence is therefore very global at the cultural level.
